President
Al Perez
As Ariel’s founder and president, Al Perez is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in serving the Intelligence Community and DoD. He has an extensive background as an effective leader, serving as an SBA Council board member, governor’s advisor, INSA board member, and church leader.
Driven by a passion for empowering minority-owned businesses, Al’s expertise lies in attracting talent, generating revenue, and driving growth. His decades of dedication to public and community service make him an invaluable asset to every organization he serves.
Al is a devoted family man, married for 43 years with five children. As a successful, minority business owner, his story is one of resilience, achievement, and giving back, making him a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders.

Wyatt King
Since 1999, Wyatt has brought his A-level experience in service and system integration to deliver innovative solutions for Ariel Secure Technologies. Before joining Ariel, he honed his expertise at industry leaders like DEC, Compaq, HP, and the U.S. Navy, where he served on submarines and developed a strong foundation in electronics and computer systems.
Wyatt focuses his passion on tackling complex challenges and helping clients achieve their goals. He fosters a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking new knowledge both within and outside the technology realm.
Beyond work, Wyatt enjoys hitting the slopes, tackling DIY projects around the house, and spending quality time with his family — especially his children and grandchildren.
